Alto’s Odyssey arrives on the Android platform

Popular gaming franchisee, Noodlecake studios, has finally released their latest Alto’s Odyssey game for the Android platform. Unlike the iOS edition, this one’s free to download and play, however, you will be served ads for monetization purposes. To remove those ads, you are required to make a purchase.

Alto’s Odyssey

Alto’s Odyssey is the successor to highly-popular Alto’s Adventure by the same gaming franchise. They are also popular for games like Chameleon Run, FRAMED 1 and 2, Lumino City, and more.

Just like the previous iteration, the latest edition is an ’endless runner‘ style of game, where you ski down a slope and perform jumps and wall slides, while collecting coins, completing objectives and seeing how far you can go before falling.

The games are known for their simple yet beautiful art style, minimal controls, and a sublime soundtrack.

For those who don’t know, Alto Odyssey was first on iOS, back in February this year. It was pretty well received and got an Apple Design Award too.
